The detail most often missing is the variant: a product in five colours and three sizes is fifteen references, and quoting it as a single line produces a figure that is not met later.

Yes. A photo or a clear description is usually enough to find equivalent references, and that work is included in the commission when the order closes with us. If you do have the link, better: it removes any ambiguity about the exact reference.

With a complete list, usually the same day or the next. With an ambiguous brief, as long as the second round of questions takes, which is usually more than the work itself. That is the reason for this page: it is not bureaucracy, it is the difference between a one-day quote and a three-day quote.

Give us a range. The unit price is a stepped function of quantity, so a factory quoting a single number has picked a bracket for you. Always asking for three quantities — a conservative one, a realistic one and an ambitious one — gives a far more useful picture than a single price.

Yes, and they are quoted per order. Factory verification, the prep center and product development involve travel or preparation work, so each case is priced before we start. There is no requirement to ask for them. What is included at no cost on any order is the pre-shipment checking and sampling.

No. The site has no backend and makes no requests to external domains. What you type stays in your browser: the page only assembles the text and opens WhatsApp with it. You can check this by disconnecting from the network after the page loads: it will still work.
